How it works
- Your assessor sends an invite. Loading it binds your record to the right building file and prefills what the assessor already knows.
- You complete the record. Building information — address, height, storeys, stairs, suppression, evacuation strategy, Responsible Person contacts — and a structured questionnaire covering inspections, certificates, records and management arrangements. Questions that don't apply to your building stay hidden.
- Press “Send to assessor”. Fire Passport generates an email carrying your completed record. Supporting documents — certificates, service records, test logs — can be attached to the same email or provided as a link to your document repository.
- The assessor imports it. Your answers prepopulate the building file and seed the fire risk assessment, the door and staircase surveys and a retrospective fire strategy.
Built for managing agents
One record per property
Many Responsible Persons are agents with a portfolio. Fire Passport keeps a separate record for every building you manage — add buildings, work on them independently, and send each record to its assessor when it's ready. Answers save on the device as you type.
Availability
Fire Passport is in closed testing and is provided to Responsible Persons working with a Fire Suite Pro assessor. Public availability follows the launch of Fire Suite Pro in 2026.
